Kim Turley-Smith provides coaching services and career counselling for adolescents and adults to ensure they thrive at school and at work. She brings a holistic, strengths-based coaching style and approach to support her students and clients. Kim works collaboratively with clients to build self-awareness, confidence, and personalized strategies that lead to lasting success.
Kim holds a Master of Science in Education and is a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT). Kim has extensive experience developing and delivering executive functioning skills supports, wellbeing programs and pathway planning for students, adults, leaders, and professionals.
Drawing from her experience designing and delivering evidence-based professional and leadership development workplace programs, Kim’s coaching scope extends beyond executive functioning skills to support leaders and professionals to perform at their best, building skills in resilience, burnout prevention, well-being, communication, career development, and workplace effectiveness.
