Alessia Zappia

Practicum Student Therapist, Psychometrist & Executive Functioning Skills Coach

Alessia provides therapy under the supervision of a Clinical Psychologist. Her approach with children and youth is warm, collaborative and practical, integrating Cognitive and Behavioural approaches (CBT, DBT). Alessia also provides coaching services related to executive functioning skills. In addition, Alessia works as a psychometrist, where she contributes to comprehensive assessments to support clients’ learning and mental health needs.

Alessia completed her Bachelor of Arts in Honours Psychology at the University of Western Ontario and is presently a graduate student at the University of Western Ontario in the School and Applied Child Psychology Program. In addition to psychometry work, Alessia has previous experience as a Registered Behavior Technician.
